The Auburn girls soccer team lost to Cortland for the second time this year, in a 2-1 game that was decided in double overtime.
Cortland is the only team to beat Auburn this year.
Kim Neagle scored the only goal for the Maroons, and she was assisted by Laura Taylor.
Goalie Aubrey Campbell finished the game with 11 saves.
Auburn (5-2-2) hosts Rome Free Academy on Monday.
Southern Cayuga 5, Tyburn Academy 1
The Chiefs would expand on a 2-0 half-time lead to win the game.
Allie Morrissey scored two goals for Southern Cayuga, leading the offense.
Nicole Jackson, Emily Helsop and Andrea Bradley each added one goal apiece.
Theresa Miller, Sara Rocker and Jackson each added an assist.
BOYS CROSS COUNTRY

Jordan-Elbridge finished second overall out of 17 teams.
Cody Stanton finished in third place (15:35), which halted his four-meet win streak.
Finishing fourth overall was Mike Marrero (15:44).
Also for the Eagles, Greg Bader came in 21st (16:35), and Steve Slonosky finished in 37th (17:03).
Mitch Alpha (17:26) took 47th, Tom Poppe (17:40) finished 52nd and Carlin Coomey (18:57) rounded out at 105th.
The Auburn's Pat Lattimore (16:54) came in 33rd, John Tehan (17:27) was 61st, Mike Henn (17:50) 84th, Mike Piwinski (18:04) 89th and Andy Schemerhorn (18:06) took 90th.
Cato-Meridian finished 23rd overall.
Tom Klaben (17:57) finished in 51st, while Brett Ryan (18:06.58) came in 58th.
Next for the Blue Devils were Rob McClane (18:57) in 122nd, Larry Treasure (21:11) finished in 222nd and T.J. Nervina (22:14) came in 248th.
Dan Gordon (22:26) ended in 251st, while Nick Treasure (22:39) rounded out in 255th.
For Moravia, Alex Seaman (24:48) came in 253rd and Richie Bentley (24:47) finished in 254th.

The two runners for the Blue Devils were Jordan Weir (21:45) in 73rd and Jessica Bye (22:22) in 99th.
Moravia's Aimee Glenister (20:39) took 24th, Anna Martynova (22:26) finished in 62nd and Jen McLaughlin (24:02) was 113th.

Claire Minnoe remained undefeated, winning fist singles 6-0, 6-0. Minnoe is now 8-0 on the year.
In second singles, Palak Patel (6-1, 6-1) also won.
Jaime and Jenna Bruno took first doubles (6-1, 6-3), while Hanora Barron and Aiswarya Irri (7-5, 6-4) won second doubles.
In third doubles, Molly Brown and Heidi Vanbuskirk (6-1,6-1) finished on top, and Angela Debenedetto and Christina Granato (6-2,6-3) won fourth doubles.
Auburn (3-5) travels to Henninger on Monday.

Gabby LaForce's unassisted goal would be the only time the Warriors could score in the loss.
