Trying to avoid the sweep, the Doubledays jumped up to an early lead in the first inning, but that wasn't enough to tame the Tigers. Oneonta rallied twice before taking the lead for good and getting in control of the game.
The Doubledays fielded two errors, both resulting in costly runs. Scott Gracey got the start for the Doubledays as he went five innings, allowed five hits, four runs, while walking three and striking out three in the loss.
