The Skaneateles girls lacrosse team built a quick three-goal lead, but for the second time this season, didn't survive a Jordan-Elbridge rally, losing 8-7 Friday at Skaneateles High School.

Hanne Bailey led the Eagles with two goals, while Emily Dillon, Chelsea Maitand and Megan Peters each scored once. Carrie-Jo Farrigia, Allie Donohue and Amanda Wheeler each scored a goal and had an assist, while Mallory Snyder had one assist.
Kelsey Richardson had 13 saves for the Eagles, who trailed 5-3 at halftime.
Skaneateles' Lindsay Angelillo had three goals and an assist, Maddy Morrissey finished with two goals, and Dianne Vitkus and Shelby McNeilly each had a goal. McNeilly and Katherine Pille each assisted.
Heather Mullen had three saves for the Lakers.
In the first meeting April 20, the Lakers held an 8-1 first-half lead before losing 13-12 to the Eagles.
Skaneateles and Jordan-Elbridge await sectional seeding Tuesday.
