SCAT van offering transporation on school election day

The SCAT van will provide free rides to the polls for people voting in elections for the Auburn Enlarged City School District 2009-10 budget and for board of education seats Tuesday, May 19.
Rides will be available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. that day, which is the date of the statewide vote. It is the passenger's responsibility to determine the correct polling place in advance and to make a reservation no later than Monday.

Reservations can be made by calling the SCAT office at 253-0996. The SCAT van is a United Way-funded service.
