Jordan-Elbridge school district budget calls for no tax increase

The Jordan-Elbridge Central School District will engage in new spending next year, but taxpayers won't have to contribute an extra dime to pay for it.
The district will put up for taxpayer approval next month a proposed 2009-10 budget that uses federal stimulus and reserve money to increase services for students while creating no new taxes, Superintendent Marilyn Dominick said.
