For less than $1 a pack, hot dogs are a lunch drawer necessity for homes with children.
However, this classic food item does not need to be served on a bun with ketchup and/or mustard.
In fact, there are many different ways to eat a hot dog, and the following recipes will make you look at hot dogs differently.

Quick, Easy and tasty
1 pack of hot dogs
Leftover mashed potatoes (or instant potatoes)

Place half of a slice of cheese on top of each mound of mashed potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
