Auburn man killed in snowmobile accident

An Auburn man was killed in a snowmobile accident Saturday in Lewis County.
State Police in Lowville said that John P. Tracy, 19, of 6430 Townhall Road, Auburn, was traveling in a line with a group of friends when he lost control at a stop sign and was ejected from the machine.

Police said the accident occurred at about 10:15 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Flat Rock Road and Pitcher Road in the Town of Montague.
