Blue Devils score ‘huge upset'

The Cato-Meridian volleyball team ended Pulaski's undefeated stretch with a 3-2 victory Monday.

The veteran Blue Devils took advantage of playing at home, ousting the Patriot National League frontrunners 25-19, 26-28, 10-25, 26-24 and 25-21.

“We played with mostly seniors tonight,” Cato-Meridian coach Kristin Shanahan said. “The girls gave it their all and won.”
