A motorist flown to a Syracuse hospital after a two-car crash in Fleming Monday was later released from the hospital, police said Tuesday.
The accident occurred Monday afternoon on the corner of Kijowksi and Bluefield roads, when a Toyota Tundra driven by Michael Delaney, 45, of Auburn, turned into the path of a car proceeding north on Bluefield Road and collided with a car driven by Samantha Tortorici, 18, of 6111 Deerview Drive, Auburn, police said.
According to State Police, Delaney suffered minor injures and Tortorici was airlifted to Upstate Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
Police said that Delaney was ticked for failure to yield the right of way.
