Learn to spot winter birds at Sterling Nature Center event

Anyone who enjoys watching birds - but has a hard time distinguishing a nuthatch from a chickadee - can learn to identify the birds at their feeder and in their yard during the Winter Birds and Bird Feeders program at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at the Sterling Nature Center, 15380 Jensvold Road, Sterling.
Participants will also learn how to create feeders with peanut butter and seeds to take home with them.

The program is free and open to the public. For more information, call 947-6143.
