The Auburn Fire Department has knocked down a garage fire Friday morning at a residential property on Chase Street, which is off Pulaski Street.
The structure was fully involved when firefighters arrived, the AFD said, but it was quickly brought under control. No injuries were reported.
Firefighter were still at the scene cleaning up as of 10:45 a.m. A salt truck was dispatched to the area to help ensure water used to put out the fire didn't freeze up the road.
