Karl touched base on what would have been my response to you.

The Bush administration manipulated intelligence to take America to war. There is plenty of evidence to support this claim. That's why there has been movement in the congress for impeachment hearings, not only for Bush himself but for others in his administration.

Congressmen Kucinich of Ohio introduced 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush.

Also, Vincent Bugliosi, the atntorney who prosecuted Charles Manson and former LA Assistant DA, has put forth evidence forth as well that could lead to a criminal case against George Bush for the murder of American troops and Iraqi civilians.

And i could go on and on.... torture, illegal wiretapping, etc.

Whether or not he is guilty that is up to each of us to decide until there is a trail. But it's absolutely ignorant to completely ignore the fact that there is evidence that could lead to a conviction of wrong doing.

My point is that if there is suggestion of illegal action, it should be investigated so that Presidents don't think they are above the law. It's very dangerous to send that message and to not look into these activities, it would send that very message to further administrations.
