Voting for seats on the Seymour Library Board of Trustees runs today from noon to 7 p.m. today at the library on Genesee Street in Auburn.
Incumbent Jill Fandrich, who represents Auburn, is being challenged by Jeanne Cramer, while incumbent Susan Ahner, representing Sennett, is running unopposed. The terms are for four years.
The board is comprised of seven members and includes representatives from Auburn and the towns of Owasco and Sennett, whose taxpayers provide funding for the library.
The board is responsible for selecting the library director and working with him or her to ensure smooth operations, Library Director Sheila Mikkelson said last week. It meets once a month.
