The Cayuga Community College women's basketball team rallied from a 30-26 halftime deficit to take down Delhi 66-51 on Tuesday.
“The defense played great in the second half,” Spartans coach Jim Alberici said. “We outscored them 40-21 and this might have been the best defensive half of the season.”
Corissa Quattrini posted 20 points and 15 rebounds to lead Cayuga, Caitlin Dillard contributed 19 points, four assists and four steals while Shakeema Green added eight points, five rebounds, three assists and four steals.
The Spartans (10-2) travel to an Onondage Community College tournament Saturday.
