Jeremy Stewart scored 23 points and powered the Moravia boys basketball team to a 61-53 win against Spencer-Van Etten Tuesday.
Greg Pasho scored 15 points for the Blue Devils while Pat Mott added nine points, six assists and nine rebounds. Dillon Langtry also scored nine.
“We played a very intense back-and-fourth battle,” Blue Devils coach Todd Mulvaney said. “We're just looking to get better every game.”

Southern Cayuga 49, Tioga 45
Anthony Espinosa led the Chiefs with 13 points and Lewis Morse added nine .
Dylan Parmenter finished with seven points and the Chiefs came back from a 14-point halftime deficit.
Henninger 74, Auburn 62
Malcolm Bryant led the Maroons with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Nick Granato had 15 points and Kenny Byrd scored 10, while assisting three shots.
Henninger's tempo set the tone in the first half, leading Auburn 44-25 at the half.
“I am very pleased with our second-half performance,” Maroons coach Al Giannone said. “We outplayed them in the second half.”

Sean Wignall won the 100 freestyle (54.15) and the 100 breaststroke (1:12.73). Nathan Earl came in first in the 100 backstroke (1:01.56) and the 200 IM (2:16.20).
Matt Crowley finished second in the 50 freestyle (25.4) and 100 butterfly (1:01.24).
Mike Reese came in second in the 200 freestyle (2:04.65) and 500 freestyle (5:36.91).
Earl, Wignall, Crowley and Adam Rude placed first in the 200 medley relay (1:50.87) for the Warriors.
Wignall, Jake McDeid, Logan Thompson and Reese earned first in the 200 freestyle relay (1:46.23).
