Moravia woman in fair condition after crash in Owasco
A Moravia woman was injured early Saturday morning when her car went into a ditch in Owasco, a state police official said.
Carrie Miner, of 3829 Route 38A, Moravia, was traveling on East Lake Road in Owasco near the Poplar Beach cove when her vehicle ran off the road, the official said. Miner, 28, sustained internal fractures and dislocations. She was airlifted to University Hospital, in Syracuse.
Although the accident is still under investigation, police believe the car flipped over.
