Garbage truck crash closes Exit 41 ramp

A garbage truck rollover accident has closed the westbound exit ramp at the Waterloo/clyde/Route 414 interchange of the state Thruway.

The state Thruway Authority said the ramp will likely be closed for several hours while the truck is remvoed and guiderail is repaired.

Motorists can exit the Thruway at Exit 42 and following Route 318 to their destinations closer to Exit 41.
