LaForce leads charge for Calkins Drywall

Gabby LaForce scored 11 points and hauled in nine rebounds as Calkins Drywall beat Arnold's Family Restaurant 25-14 in a seventh and eighth grade girls CCYO basketball game. Calkins' Cassie Weeks chipped in with six points and six rebounds.
Kaitlyn O'Connell and Shelbie VanNostrand paced Arnold's with four points apiece while Alexis Short played well defensively.

FIFTH AND SIXTH GRADE

Sacred Heart 20, St. Peter and Paul 19

Sacred Heart's Kenny Sargent scored nine points and Anthony Alberici added eight points.

Kent Wrobel, Darien Dubovici and Brett Bielowicz paced St. Peter and Paul with four points each.

St. Francis 27, St. Alphonsus I 11

Matthew Faiola posted eight points and John Brown contributed five to lead St. Francis.

Pacing St. Alphonsus with two points apiece were Cohle Dragone, Lacey Netti, Tony Vivenzio, Sam Delfavero and Reed Chronis.

St. Alphonsus II 21, Holy Family 11

Trevor Hogan recorded nine points while Ben Pinchak and Jack Hogan each added six to lead St. Alphonsus II. Carly Ryan led the defensive effort.

Holy Family was paced by Michael Biata with seven points and Mike Jakaub tallied four points. Billy Simmonds led the Holy Family defense.

INSTRUCTIONAL

St. Mary's I 16, St. Francis 16 3OT

St. Mary's was led by Mike Pidlypchak, Jake McIntosh and Rob Dempsey. Paul Falon, Jack Manning and Francesca Faiola led St. Francis.

St. Alphonsus II 22, Holy Family 10

Luke Parcels and Parker Hogan led St. Alphonsus. Holy Family was paced by Laura Hukee and Carmen Liberatore.

St. Hyacinth 20, St. Peter and Paul 12

Briley Lazio, Joe Sabene, Chris Smith and Joshua March led St. Hyacinth's.

St. Peter and Paul was paced by Brianna Tonzi and Michael Pysnach.

Sacred Heart 16, St. Alphonsus I 6

Pacing Sacred Heart was Madelyn Herkert, Nick Alberici, Mitchel Fanning and Jack Canty. St. Alphonsus was led by Spencer Elser, Chris Rusin and Taylor Lansbury.

St. Alphonsus III 28, St. Mary's II 26

Ryan Chalupnicki, Evan Donovan and Jay Baranick played well for St. Alphonsus.

Matt Hesse, Sal Rizzo and Cooper Wilson paced St. Mary's.
