Bush can be impeached even after leaving office

Some corrections need to be made about impeaching and/or indicting Bush now.
• If Bush has not been charged with a crime (even if he has done crimes) he can't pardon himself.

• Even if Bush had been charged with crimes, I don't believe he can pardon himself. If he has done impeachable actions, be they crimes or not, he cannot absolve himself of these offensives by pardoning himself.

• It is possible to impeach someone, Bush included, after they have left office.

• A prosecutor can charge Bush on criminal indictments, once he is no longer president. See the book “The Indictment of George W. Bush for Murder.”

There is a prosecutor in Vermont who says he is going to do just that.
