Bonca's has proven to be a very good neighbor

Sunday, November 16, 2008 12:05 AM EST

I can't believe the town of Sennett is still giving Bonca's a hard time. They obviously gave them a permit for a two-story building and now won't give them permission to open that space upstairs.
I had an opportunity to go there recently for lunch and not only is it a beautiful building inside and out, but the food was excellent. Their prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it for everyone, young and old.

The privacy fence completely across the back and sides of the property shows concern for neighbors and it is time the neighbors stop complaining. The Pioneer had gotten a little shabby and no one complained about them.

Go for lunch some day and you might see it as an asset and you can find something else to complain about and leave Bonca's alone.

" I hope some of the Sennett dictators were voted out in the last election. It's time to clean house in Sennett. "
