For the near past two years we#'ve listened to the two-party system and their machinery of politics at work in the media. Like a scratched classic LP.
To where the blame should lay is not exactly precise, but we do have other choices this year.
There are five other choices you have for president, that we have hardly heard anything about in the mainstream media.
Is it not the responsibility of media to inform us with their unbiased fairness in letting us know more about the other candidates?
Take a look below the top five lines of your ballot this coming Tuesday, Nov. 4 - where Barack Hussein Obama and John Sidney McCain are highly# placed.
You actually do have a choice for two women - that#'s right, no Hillary Rodham Clinton, but Gloria E. La Riva (Socialism & Liberation) and Cynthia Ann McKinney, with running mate Rosa Clemente (Green Party).
Then there is ticket partners Roger Calero and Alyson Kennedy (Socialist Workers Party). Five women on the ballot?
Well, to say the least, the outcome results are the #bottom line.# Oh yeah, lest I forget - speaking of the bottom line - there is bachelor Ralph Nader as the Populist Party candidate as well as former Congressman R. Laurence “Bob” Barr Jr. as the Libertarian Party representative.
There you have it. Mainstream#, full slate look at candidates overlooked.
If you are looking for a good return investment from a consumer perspective and your# bottom line - that#'s where you should go to vote. Ralph Nader should be #singled-out#, as the one who may be able to single-handedly# take care of business.
Nonetheless, get out and vote. That#'s the way to make your voice heard when the curtain closes. Please exercise your right. VOTE.
