My late husband, Steve Netti, served as Cayuga County Legislator in the 15th District in Auburn for many years.

Steve was the most honest, reliable, and hard working man I have met. He wouldn't just greet you with his warm smile, but a handshake, hug, and a pat on the back! Steve was personable, a good listener, and helpful to all that needed it. He was truthful and God-loving in his daily life.

As county Legislator, Steve believed in our community and wanted it to grow. He voted for Falcon Park to have a place for families to enjoy themselves in our area. He had great concern for the elderly, children, and under privileged of his district and worked for all its residents. Steve enjoyed the support of the Right to Life committee and people of all political parties. He stood firm in what he believed in and didn't waiver

Patrick McIntosh was appointed as County Legislator for the 15th District in place of my late husband, Steve. I have had the pleasure of meeting and talking with him at my home. I feel that Patrick has most certainly filled Steve's shoes and exemplifies the same qualities that Steve believed in and worked for.

I ask you to vote for Patrick McIntosh for County Legislator on Nov. 4.
