Response to Mr. Newman#'s letter on Oct. 26: Mr. Newman, my opinion is just that, my opinion. It is what I value, what I believe in. I believe the people need to know who Obama is since our left wing media likes to omit a lot of pertinent facts.
Again in a 2001 interview Obama was talking about redistribution of wealth. Obama said one of the greatest failures of the civil rights movement was that the Supreme Court #”never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth#” and that they weren#'t able to #”break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution#.” Are you serious? He sees the Constitution as outdated. That it does not work, does not need to stand. It does not get any clearer on where Obama stands.
Mr. Newman, you say you defend free speech, well your candidate does not. He wants to bring back the Fairness Doctrine, that will stifle the voice of the right. Where is the free speech in that? Just because we don#'t agree with his views we need to be silenced, that doesn#'t sound like democracy to me.
Sens. Obama and Biden are the most anti-gun ticket to ever run for the White House. Obama has proposed or supported anti-gun policies so radical that few politicians have dared to mention them publicly.
Both Obama and Biden voted against Justice Alito and Justice Roberts, who supported the second amendment in the recent Heller case.
Obama and Biden both refused to join 55 other Senators and a majority of the U.S. House members in signing a “friend of the court#” brief supporting the individual right to keep and bear arms in the historic D.C. vs. Heller case.
Freedom of speech and freedom to keep and bear arms are first, what#'s next to be taken from us America if they win?

And just WHAT? liberal media are you talking about. I see very little "liberal" media in this country. I sure do see an awful lot of right-wing and corporate media though - you can't escape it.
Jeffrey, if you really feel that the "liberal" media is such a problem, then maybe you'll agree with me that it is time to reverse the repeal of the fairness doctrine. "

"Liberal Media" is nothing but the Right-Wing vernacular for "the side that tells the Truth". The "Left" media is simply the clarion fog horn blaring through the fog perpetuated by the Right WIng smoke machine!
