I recently spent five consecutive days visiting a friend in residence and was impressed by the quality of proactive care. Each request for assistance was met promptly with a smile and a solution. Each question or concern produced a personal reply.

The attention to detail, prompted one pleased visitor to remark that, “The staff must be trained in mind reading.#”

We all realize nursing home settings offer many challenges; not only meeting medical standards, but addressing complex emotional needs as well.

I applaud their efforts to preserve sensitivity in a unique clinical setting, always emphasizing the patient as a person first.

I appreciate the value they have placed on compassion. I thank them for the care of my friend.
