Christmas Elf golf tourney is Sept. 14

The Christmas Elf Golf Tournament will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 14 at Lakeview Golf and Country Club.

The Christmas Elf works every year to make sure the children of Cayuga County have gifts during the holiday season.

Check-in for the tournament is at 8:45 a.m. and the entry fee is $60.

The fee includes a cart, skill games with prizes, lunch at the turn, drinks on the course and a banquet following the round.

The deadline to sign up is Sept. 5.

ForeSIGHT golf classic is Sept. 10

The annual ForeSIGHT Golf Classic will be held Monday, Sept. 10 at Foxfire at Village Green in Baldwinsville.

This year’s tournament will include a tribute to the late Worth Dalton, a blind golfer who had been a guest at the classic for several years.

Proceeds of the tournament will benefit Aurora of CNY.

Entry fees will include greens fees, a cart, lunch, a banquet dinner, prizes, raffles and giveaways.

Falcon’s tourney at Millstone on Sept. 9

The Falcon Sportsmen Club is hosting its annual golf tournament at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 9, at the Millstone Golf Course.

Competing teams must consist of four people, and the number of teams is limited to 36.

The cost to register a team is $240.
