Championship racing in rain
The Jordan-Elbridge boys cross country team finished in fourth place overall with 112 points at the Onondaga High School League Cross Country Championships at Cato-Meridian High School on Wednesday.
Chris Stogsdill of Marcellus won the race with a time of 16:18.7 and Tully took top honors scoring 93 .
Finishing for the Eagles were Cody Stanton in eighth (17:07.3), Mike Marrero took 10th (17:15.2), Greg Bader ended in 20th (17:37.9), Steve Slonosky was 34th (18:14.0) and Tom Poppe finished 38th (18:22.3). Weedsport came in eighth overall, earning 273 points with Mike Greer finishing 34th (18:12.8).
