Bill Lupien for his help
I would like to take this opportunity to formally apologize to Mr. Bill Lupien for hastily putting my letter to the editor in the paper before he could actually investigate my inquiry.

After speaking with Mr. Lupien I now realize that he was indeed here to help me. I was just frustrated and being from Syracuse, have never actually been heard, when I have had a concern.

I am sorry that my frustration on the parking situation on East Genesee street made me “blast” the same people who eventually will help and look into it for me.

Now I want to take this opportunity to praise Mr. Bill Lupien and others for their help in looking into this matter. As I said before, being from Syracuse, you never “hear” from or “get” any satisfaction from the city departments.

Please accept my apology and thank you for your help, You have been great.
