When we get rain or snow, how do we get to those kiosks and back to vehicles? Bring back the parking meters; at the very least they were a lot cheaper.

Now that we're into October, why don't we get some spooky movies on our channels? It's right in the season now.

While the kiosks are a real pain, I agree that parking meters should come back downtown. What do we do when it's raining, we don't all have umbrellas?

I think we need to get a lot of people that are a lot smarter in politics today. With the recent problems financial and just the overall outlook on state, local and federal politicis, we have a lot of stupid people that we vote for.
