The Leadership Cayuga program is a fine five-month introduction to the region, with in-depth presentations about topics such as personal goals and organization, emotional intelligence, education, economic development, government, history and culture, board service and public policy.

The group interactions and networking are among the most valuable aspects of the program, providing participants who otherwise might not know one another the opportunity to work and learn together.

It is clear that the guest speakers and presenters care deeply about this region. The class projects provide a unique opportunity to address issues for the region, with new viewpoints and perspectives that should help the community to understand and implement their solutions more effectively.

I highly recommend the Leadership Cayuga program to Cayuga County residents interested in learning more about the region and making that individual difference in the high-quality living present here.
