A free Senior Law Clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Sept. 20, at First United Methodist Church in Auburn.
Sponsored by the Cayuga County Office for the Aging, the legal clinic for senior citizens provides about 15 minutes of pro bono face-to-face consultations with local attorneys: David Stapleton, John Karpinski, Ricardo Galbato, David Tehan, Earl Thurston, David Thurston, Louis Contiguglia, Robert Bergan and Patrick Carbonaro.
Information on Cayuga County services, packets for health care proxies, and copies of “Senior News and Views” will be available on registration.
If time permits, walk-ins will be accepted.
Seniors can still call the Office for the Aging for an appointment between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. until Friday, Sept. 19, at 253-1226, even if they aren't sure if they need a lawyer.
