A vote for Republican Party is a vote for corruption

Thursday, September 4, 2008 11:52 PM EDT

The neocons corrupted the FDA, making it an industry lap dog. One-hundred-six thousand Americans die from drug reactions every year.
Remember the Vioxx scandal, the FDA said 27,000 died from drug-induced, heart attacks. Truth is between 88,000 and 139,000 died from drug-induced heart attacks. In 2005, the neocons tried to put Vioxx back on the market, in the name of profits.

Big pharm gave $85 million to the Republican National Committee in 2004. A vote for the neocons is a vote to corrupt our regulatory agencies, like the FDA.

" People who try to carry on serious dialogue on these forums lose their patience with some of the idiots that snipe at people and make no contribution to the forum except stupid, pointless comments and make attempts to control the content or tell us what is or is not acceptable. Generally what we are insulting is your inane comment, not you personally. So put that in your pipe and smoke it! "

" karl one can be emotional without being insulting or crude. Even McCain says the past 4 yrs have not worked. I think we should look at what each candidate has to offer and then make a decision. I don't think we should vote strictly by party. For one to make a decision before both candidates put forth all their lies would be an injustice to the country. "

" movedsouth, that's right--we're "emotional", as CVN would call it!
And we have every right to be in the disastrous wake of what the Conservatives have done to this country, all with that smug little smirk on their faces while they look us in the eye and just plain LIE to us!
We've been fed so many lies and BS these past eight years that it's just bubbling over from sheer disgust and frustration!
"9-11!"
"War on Terra!"
"No Child Left Behind!"
"Free Market!"
"Tax Cuts!"
"Great Job, Brownie!"
"Mission Accomplished!"
AAAAAAAAARRGHH!!!!!!!
Sorry, but that's just the way it is! "

" It's amazing the tone of liberals. Stupid, FOS, shut up, etc. If this is what a liberal is, why would any sane person not want to be a conservative? "

" rd, are you SERIOUS?!?!!
LMFAO!!!
"Who are the neocons???? ARE YOU SERIOUSNESS??? SHEESH@
How about doing some research, rd! And please DON"T CAST A VOTE UNTIL YOU REALIZE THE DEPTH OF YOUR OWN IGNORANCE!!!

" Ronnie, your facts are wrong and your argument is bogus. Who are the neocoms that you refer to? Karl, did not Bush do a great job coordinating the hurricane response? "

" cm, do your research--this is a serious issue, with people dying every day, and you're spewing stupid comments like that and carrying water for criminals and incompetents?!
Stupid is as stupid sez, cm. "

" My guess is IF they gave 85 million to Repubs, they had to have given 185 million to DEMS! "

" It's far from just the FDA - they've corrupted everything in their path. They've been working on it for 30 years now. "
