Four individuals were arrested by the Auburn Police Department for their role in a home invasion that sent the victim to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries on Monday, police said.
Officials said three of the individuals assaulted a 36-year-old man in his Fitch Street home, and stole his money before fleeing the scene in a car.

The man was able to identify the names of his three assailants and the vehicle they had fled in.

After a description was released, officers found the car with four suspects driving on North Fulton Street.

Arrested were:

Frederick E. Tanner III, 19, of 243 State St., Auburn; Stacy L. Tanner, 47, a transient; and Stacee S. Sigl, 22, of 297 Seymour St., Auburn, who were all charged with felony second-degree robbery, and third-degree assault and second-degree criminal trespass, both misdemeanors.

Also arrested was Denise L. Bond, 42, of 254 State St., Auburn, who was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Tanner had just been in Cayuga County Court on Thursday where she pleaded guilty to felony burglary and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and was sentenced to drug treatment court with five years of straight probation.

" In court on Thursday..arrested on Monday? Enough us enough, we obviously have career criminals here. Hey maybe there is more to this story...but who appears in court for sentencing...gets sentenced to probation and drug court and then goes out and gets arrested within 4 days? "

" Sorry, they should of been in jail the first time. Don't worry about them! They will get everything free they need there! Room and board, an education, food, clothing and free cable! Can't beat it! "

" These names keep popping up in the police blotter... I have no sympathy for them. Do the crime, do the time. Get them off the streets if they have no regard for others. They didn't just steal from someone, they assaulted an innicent man. What is next??? "

" The judge had compassion and mercy and I give him credit for it. It`s time to get these people the help they need.

When drugs and alcohol get a grip, it`s a tough battle!

Time to step up and get the one`s supplying the dope. Hit them hard! "

" If they didnt slap the hands of ONE for recent drug charge, ONE would NOT have been there?!!
I guess Thursday's JUDGE who ordered drug treatment with 5yrs probation, is sitting in his chambers thinking what a DUMB call that was!!!
If JUDGE is NOT thinking this everyone in his court this week will get probation too!
SHAME ON THE JUDGE!!! "
