I, Patty Dixon, am writing to you to clear up a falsified accusation. I resigned from Auburn Family Care on June 27, 2008, due to personal conflict, but not for any other reasons. I was the office manager/nurse for this office for many years. I have never jeopardized myself, my family, patients, my co-workers or the physicians.
I have been retaliated against and I need the outside world to know this. I would like all of the patients that I have dealt with to remember me as an honest, helpful, caregiving person, as that is who I was and who I am today, not for the accusation that I have been wrongly accused of.
To all of the patients that I did not say goodbye to during my two week notice, I will miss each and every one of you, you will be sadly missed.
