City workers should pick up all curbside garbage

Thursday, August 14, 2008 11:47 PM EDT

When workers get paid to pick up our city's curbside garbage and our city's recyclables, pick it all up please, not just some of it. Especially the recyclables - don't tell homeowners there's garbage in something when there's not. Then we have to pick it up and take it to the dump.
That's what you get paid to do, from “homeowners' taxes.”

I even walked across the street and looked in another woman's container and all that was in there was a piece of white paper. Come on, men, do your jobs. And I'm not saying it's all of you, so don't take it (this letter) wrong.

I do really hope other citizens speak up too.
