A golf tournament in memory of Jordan-Elbridge graduate Aaron Guadagnolo will be held Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Millstone Golf Course in Elbridge. Proceeds from the event will go towards establishing a JE Dollars for Scholars scholarship in Aaron's name. Although the golf tournament is full, dinner is still available for $20 and begins at 3:30 p.m. For more information or to donate to “Guad's Memorial Scholarship,” contact Jim at 730-9713.

JE's JV and Varsity sports will begin Monday, Aug. 18. The last day to receive an athletic physical through the school will be from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Aug. 20 at the high school.
From 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, Ramsdell Elementary will open its doors for its new third-grade students. JE parents and students are invited to come in for an opportunity to see their new classroom and greet their new teacher.
On Monday, Aug. 25, 20 student-athletes from the Jordan-Elbridge Girls' Tennis team will head to New York City to watch the first round of the men and women's U.S. Open. Coach Jen Easton has coordinated the event and has been working with the girls with fundraising for the trip.
JE's Freshman Orientation will be held Wednesday, Aug. 27, at the high school. Students will attend an 8 a.m. to noon session, and students and parents get together at 6 p.m. for an information session and cookout.
Locker Night will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, for incoming sixth-grade students. These student will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the school and get their lockers set up for the new school year.
From 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, Elbridge Elementary will host a Kindergarten Visitation Day.
A JE Community Pep Rally and fireworks will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4 at the stadium field. All JE fall teams will be announced, and there will be a performance by the JE Marching Band. The fireworks are courtesy of the Jordan-Elbridge Community Sports Boosters.
