A man already facing charges he had sex with a teenage girl was arrested again Thursday and charged with rape after another victim came forward, according to the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office.
Steven J. Frierson, 30, of 4181 Valentine Road, Niles, was charged July 25 with two counts of second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Owasco Town Court and released on $5,000 cash bail.

On Thursday, Frierson was charged with third-degree rape, arraigned in Brutus Town Court and released on a $20,000 bond.

Police said the first set of charges relate to crimes committed in June 2008 while the most recent charge goes back to May 2002. Police said the victims were a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl who were acquaintances of Frierson.

" We are not pals and call it ranting if you want. There is a movement in Auburn, under the guise of religion and DOING THE MOST GOOD who do their own will. God does not condone the break up families.

These people are heavy in local and county government, headquarters in England. Another country (non elected) making decisions for US citizens.

Clergy who council, commit adultery, and get moved to strike again,

the ones who seek help should be given the Spitzer treatment, never to lead people again. Staff who along with their community service workers who push this agenda at their own will should be thrown out the door and punished by law.

It`s here in Auburn and it`s happened more than once. Time to speak up against
crimes against families! "

" this crime, usually unreported is disgusting. it make men ashamed to be men. the individuals that are found guilty need lfe w/hard labor, period. this idiot is out on $5k cash. Not bad, and $20k bond (put up the house, likely). Today you could see him at Wegmans or Bass Pro. Are you friggin kidding me? he will have a good head start too before the courts realize he is a no-show for trial. "

" Not sure which is more disturbing the article or the ranting from Vindication... Shoot the molesters and leave the Bible thumpers in church! "

" Come on Christians, let`s go with Gods` will. Many churches and their leadership will not address sexual sin because of guilt and their fear of losing the ones who are members and need divine help, mercy, and grace from our Lord Jesus.

Christians do not need phony church leadership who are to council and destroy children and families. Plenty of this in Aburn.

God is making His move and this is a new beginning that will not go away. "

" Lot`s of sexual sin in Cayuga. Christians need to get going and do Gods will. Clergy/their staff/leadership are afraid of being hypocrites. "
