AUBURN - A Moravia resident pleaded not guilty in Cayuga County Court Monday to two counts of assault after he was accused of kicking and punching a 17-year-old girl's head while he wore steel-toed boots.

Cayuga County District Attorney Jon Budelmann said the victim suffered hearing loss in one ear, a broken nose, and severe swelling of her face when she was allegedly beaten.
Harvey will remain in the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of bail which was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
