STEUBEN - The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash allegedly caused by a drunk driver that killed a Boonville woman.
Thirty-six-year-old Laura Gribneau was pronounced dead at a hospital after the crash in Steuben early Sunday morning.
Oneida County Sheriff's Investigator Craig Stockhauser says 23-year-old Brandon Razzano of Barneveld was drunk when he crashed into the car Gribneau was riding in. The force of the impact threw her and another passenger, 37-year-old Kelly Barcomb of Old Forge, from the back seat.
Barcomb suffered a head injury and was listed in serious condition at a Syracuse hospital Sunday. Two other people were treated for minor injuries.
Razzano, who was uninjured, is charged with driving while intoxicated.
