Police said several thefts from vehicles were reported in the overnight hours between Friday July, 18, and Saturday July, 19.

During one of the thefts, police said, the suspect was in the process of stealing items from a car when he was confronted by the owner and the two struggled before the thief jumped into a car and sped off.

Police said the person they're lookng for is a thin, 5-foot-11-inch white man in his late teens or early 20s with short blonde hair. The car he was seen driving is a dark colored mid-1980s sedan with a square back window and square taillights.

Anyone with information is asked to contact sheriff's office detectives at 253-1610.
