Police charge Elbridge man with murder
ELBRIDGE -- State police have charged an Elbridge man with first-degree murder in connection with the discovery of a body Tuesday afternoon outside his residence in the town of Elbridge.
Joseph M. Bisesi III, 27, of 5879 Sandbank Road, was arraigned late Tuesday night in the Town of Elbridge Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center, without bail.
State police said they are still investigating the identity of the body discovered outside the residence. Forensic investigators were still at the scene as of midnight.
