Karl Rove has repeatedly ignored a Congressional subpoena in defiance of Congress. If Karl Rove continues to ignore the subpoena or refuses to testify, he should be held in contempt of Congress.
He should face arrest and be held in jail until he testifies. If Rove is allowed to thumb his nose at Congress then the law is a whore and justice a commodity for sale to the highest bidder.
