NEW YORK - The New York Lottery is reporting a 4 percent increase in revenue this year - thanks partly to the video-lottery parlor at the Yonkers Raceway. Empire City at the Raceway is the state's biggest video-lottery terminal, with 5,500 machines and high-priced scratch-off games. So far this fiscal year, the lottery's growth has added about $82 million in revenue to the state.
