Dear Congressman Arcuri:
I have repeatedly called your Washington office at least eight times over the past two or three months, asking for a synopsis by you of “The Downing Street Memo.” And here I am months later with still no letter from you giving a summary of this revealing document. It has come to the point when one of your aides who answers the phone tell me how busy they are is the reason for this lack of response - it is apparent that these employees of yours are lying, lying in order to stall and hoping that I shall just go away.
How come?
Are you, Congressman Michael Arcuri, so fearful of telling the truth of what is a part of the history of these United States, that you cannot repeat and summarize this document? Are you so fearful of the truth?
Many times it takes guts to tell the truth. Maybe this is one of these circumstances, and that you just don't have the guts to tell the truth.
Also, while we're dealing with the truth here, have you Congressman Arcuri, read and absorbed the 60 pages of Articles of Impeachment against President Bush, and as a former prosecutor evaluated this vital bill, H.R. 1258?
Most sincerely, awaiting your prompt response,
David Kauber

David, I just wrote Arcuri myself the other day asking why he doesn't support impeachment. I also asked why he has been voting to continue the war funding when he knows this country is going bankrupt.
I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for a response. He's probably too busy collecting campaign contributions from the war profiteers. "
