Hunter Charles led the Lil Giants to a 12-11 win over Bouley's in little league action Thursday. Charles brought the Giants to an 11-11 tie as they were down two runs when he knocked in a two run hit to lead them to their fourth straight win.

Joe Messina singled to score Charles in for the winning run. Kevin Gauthier led the offense with three hits and Brandon Delf picked up two. Delf also pitched a scoreless sixth to earn the victory. Luke Boedecker started the game for the Giants.

Trenton Ward, Mike Charles and Chandler Coleman led Bouley's with three hits apiece of the teams 14 total. Joe Tozzi and Steven Desimone had two hits each. Ward, Nick Petrosino and Matt Netti led the Bouley's pitching forces.

Auburn Correctional Facility 8, Casler Masonry 6

Jack Burgmaster had a multi-hit game, scored two runs and struck nine out for ACF. Mike Gentile also had two hits with a home run and Nick McQueeney had a key two out RBI single.

Jake Cooney led Casler with two hits and Connor Herr hit a home run. Noah Christientelli and Cooney shared the duties on the mound.

Nucor 10, Tom Thumb 0

Cody Ladisair went 3-for-4 at the plate as he picked up a double and also pitched in the shut out, Wednesday. Aaron Messina picked up a hit in every one of his three at-bats. Erik Baim knocked a hit for a triple while Jack Hensel and Matt Jordan each picked up a double. Aric Laia and John Rizzo's defensive play helped keep Tom Thumb scoreless. Ladisair, Justin Valentino and Baim combined to toss a three-hitter.

Sean McCole had a triple as one of Tom Thumb's three hits. Nick Doyle and Nick Mitchell managed the other two. Austin Quinn and Andrew Roe led the defensive side of the ball.
