Man pleads innocent to ID theft charges

AUBURN - A local man accused of posing as a member of the Cayuga County District Attorney's Office while in the Cayuga County Jail, pleaded not guilty in Cayuga County Court Thursday to 11 identity theft related charges stemming from two separate incidents.
