SYRACUSE -- State authorities are charging 28 people with running a cocaine distribution network that ran drugs between Rochester and Oswego in upstate New York.
Authorities seized nearly a pound of cocaine during their investigation. They say the drugs have a street value of more than $35,000.
Attorney General Andrew Cuomo says those arrested are being charged with conspiracy and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities have 24 people in custody and are searching for the other four.
