The elementary school in the Auburn Enlarged City School District is celebrating 50 years of educating students, and began this anniversary year with #- what else?# - a birthday party.
Those in attendance #- including retired Owasco faculty, district officials and Owasco Town Supervisor John Klink #- honored the elementary school by singing “Happy Birthday” and “School of Owasco,” the school's anthem.
And what would a birthday party be without presents?
