A Jordan massage therapist who has been accused by state police of videotaping a client while she undressed, was also charged Tuesday with possessing child pornography.
State police in Elbridge charged Mark E Boice, 52, of 46 N. Main St., Jordan, with the felony crime of possessing a sexual performance by a child after a search of Boice's residence allegedly uncovered illegal video clips on his computer.

The computer had been seized by the state police's computer crime unit as part of the investigation into the surveillance charges.

Boice, who ran a massage business out of his residence, was originally charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, accused of videotaping a client as she undressed in a changing room.

Boice was arraigned on the pornography charge and placed into the custody of the Onondaga County Jail in lieu $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
