State police are now charging the Jordan massage therapist who is accused of secretly taping a client with possession of child pornograpy.
Mark E. Boice, of 46 N. Main St., Jordan, has been charged with the felony of possessing a sexual performance by a child, according to state police in Elbridge. Investigators said they discovered video clips of a child performing a sex act on one of Boice's computers.

State police on June 4 had arrested Boice on a charge of second-degree unlawful surveillance. They accused him of secretly taping a client undressing.

For the newest charge, Boice was arraigned and sent to Onondaga County jail with bail set at 5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
