A Dryden man pleaded guilty in Cayuga County Court Thursday to his role in a burglary that netted more than $56,000 from C&M Transportation in Moravia.
Ricky Predmore Jr., 21, of 76 W. Main St., Dryden, admitted to breaking into the building's safe on Dec. 27, 2007, with his uncle, David Wacht, 24, of 71 Route 30, Harford, before going home and splitting the money.
Wacht pleaded guilty on March 28 in exchange for his testimony against Predmore.
Predmore is expected to receive three years in prison, to be served at the same time as his current two to six year burglary prison term, when he is sentenced in July.
Predmore was also ordered to pay more than $45,000 in restitution because most of the money was never recovered.
